2. Refunds

3. No-Show Policy
If you fail to attend the consultation without prior notice or rescheduling, the session will be considered forfeited, and no refund will be issued.

4. Technical Issues
If technical issues arise on our end that prevent the consultation from taking place, we will offer to reschedule the session at no additional charge. If rescheduling is not possible, we will provide a full refund.
